How do we provide professional services.
Our all employees are trained and expert in their field. We discuss with our clients about their requirements and provide customised packages. We try to beat any quotation and give best costing. We do give destination knowledge to our clients so that they can plan their tour according and get familiar with the country to which they are going to travel. We plan your itinerary keeping in mind every minute details so that you can enjoy every moment of your tour.
Payment procedure
For making the query confirm client need to deposit money in be touristic bank account or give cash. We give credit period only as per the hotel policy.

Do you need to reconfirm your booking?
We work professionally. We commit you only if we can book your requested service, but as travel industry rates and availability is very dynamic and prices and availability can change in few minutes so after confirming us for the first time, you should reconfirm. And as a general practice the more smart the guest would be the chances of facing any problem would be less so a smart guest should reconfirm with the hotels also 2days before check inn.
What if i need to change / cancel my tour?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Cancellation request must be submitted in writing by letter or email. We regret that cancellation policy will apply as per the hotel policy or respective service. Cancellation fee generally depends on the length of notice, type of booking, refund policy. Flight cancellation depends on the prevailing policy of airlines.
When do you receive your travel vouchers?
Generally all vouchers are ready when all the services are booked. But voucher may be on hold if there is due payment pending from client. So if all payment is made on time client gets all vouchers 1week before the date of travel unless booking was made on last moment.
Is there any discount for children?
Yes costing for children are generally 40% less as only extra bed is included for them. And if there is child without bed then in that case costing would be 60% less. So the discount depends on the age of child and service being offered.
Why aren’t flights included in most packages?
As we have contracted fixed rates for hotel and other services for a season so we provide lowest package for a season without flight and flight to be added as per the date on which client wish to travel. As flight rates are quite dynamic so we not mostly include flight and give flexible option to our client.
Is travel insurance compulsory?
No, travel insurance is not compulsory in all countries. But in few countries like Switzerland , France etc they need travel insurance for applying visa. W do provide travel insurance in that case and you can ask us for travel insurance in any other case.
How do we provide best rates for hotel, flights, visa and other services?
We have contracted rates for hotels all around the world, so we provide much cheaper rates to our valuable clients. For air tickets we have ticketing software through we provide real time availability. For visa we have our professional team who applies on regular basis so chance of error and cost reduces.
What is VISA?
A travel visa is a travel document which, if issued, conditionally allows a person to enter or leave the country for which it is issued. A visa application in advance of arrival gives the country a chance to consider the applicant's circumstance, such as financial security, reason for applying, and details of previous visits to the country. A visitor may also be required to undergo and pass security and/or health checks upon arrival at the border.
Do we apply for visa?
Yes we do apply for visa but only tourist visa and business visa in few cases.
What does holiday package means?
It’s a product which included all services such as return airfare, hotel accommodation, sightseeing, visa, travel insurance. But all these services depends on the inclusions and exclusions depending what all services you take.
What does twin sharing/double occupancy means?
Two people in one room. Twin occupancy provides two single beds and double occupancy provides one double bed.
What does triple sharing means?
Three people in one room. Either one double occupancy bed and one single bed or one extra bedding. Generally most of the hotels allow booking on triple sharing but you have to reconfirm before booking with us. Triple sharing usually cost less than double sharing.
What is the difference between independent tour and group escorted tours.
Escorted tours are group tours that travel in coach or minibus with driver and guide. Guest are travelling with the same driver and guide to each location. Independent tours are those where guest has to travel independently through all transfers, transportation (flight, rail, coach) and accommodation is arranged for the clients and daily tours are conducted locally in a group but the group may change on each location.
What is the difference in group tour.
Group tour gets organised only if there are at least 15person travelling together. If needed we provide guide all along from the departure city till end of the trip. Costing for group is generally less.
Do we provide travel insurance?
Yes we do help you in getting travel insurance issued. Cost of travel insurance depends on – age of guest, country to visit, duration of trip, and coverage slab.
Why do you need travel insurance?
Generally people travel for business and holiday purpose and to avoid any miss happening to ruin your trip you need to have insurance cover. Unforeseen acts or contingencies such as medical emergency, baggage loss, theft, passport loss. Having travel insurance helps you in such cases.

•OUR WORK IS PURELY ADMINISTRATIVE IN NATURE, WE HAVE NO ROLE IN THE OUTCOME OF THE DECISION ON THE VISA APPLICATION OR PROCESSING TIME.
• GST @ 5% WOULD BE CHARGED ON THE BASIC AIR FARE AMOUNT IN CASE YOU TAKE AIR TICKETS.
• GST @ 5% WOULD BE CHARGED ON THE PACKAGE INVOICE AMOUNT IN CASE YOU TAKE BOTH AIR TICKETS & PACKAGE.
• GST @ 5% WOULD BE CHARGED ON THE PACKAGE INVOICE AMOUNT IN CASE YOU TAKE PACKAGE ONLY.
